It took longer than I expected and I was told at least one delay was due to ordering the wrong part. Communications was one-sided. And I think that if you are working on electric cars you should have a way to charge them. But from a repair standpoint you did a good job.

The staff was very kind and helped me beyond their ordinary roles. They were aware of my mobility concerns and assisted me with moving in & out of traffic as well as safely entering & exiting my vehicle.
