The staff was polite and attentive and I was kept up to date on the progress. However, the wrong side mirror was installed (should have had blind spot monitor), so the part had to be reordered, and I was forced to come back another day.

The customer service is exceptional. When I had gotten into accidents, the insurances usually handled it amongst themselves since they are big companies. I had gotten into a wreck and the person who was at fault had a smaller insurance, so they gave me an estimate check. When I mentioned that to Husteads, the employee knew exactly what to do.

They start working without my approval on the job. Also I had had repair done from the past which needs their attention, i specifically told them please take care of the issue I’m having from last repair, on the drop off time they said they will take care of it, but when I got my vehicle back they refuse to taken care of. Very unprofessional. Pathetic and rude from the the Hustead employee who was taking care of my claim, will never go back to them again.
