The car came out great. The communication was less than I would have hoped for. Having a notification system sending text and emails with inaccurate dates and asking a week later after I have picked up my car if I have picked up my car doesn't give the "We Care" about our customer vibe.

We wish that we didn't need your service but you really took the stress away. Lisa was so kind and responsive and when we couldn't get home due to storms Tim kindly kept the car a few more days for us. Upon pickup, our brand new car looked brand new again--Thank you for everything!
