Aesthetically the car looks good. When I first came in I told the person I was talking to about an acceleration sound issue that started since the collision. Upon getting the car back and still hearing the issue I called back and was told at first the car could be taken to get alignment checked, then told the car could be brought in to recreate the issue. She told me she would call back to schedule it and has not. We use the car for work and also have a newborn at home so chasing people down repeatedly is difficult. I just wish the communication was better and the car issue properly addressed.

The team at Hustead’s Body Shop did an amazing job with my 2018 Honda Odyssey. They fixed both passenger side doors and made them look like NEW! They worked with my insurance company to make the whole process easier for me. I couldn’t ask for better service. I am so grateful and would highly recommend their shop.
