On overall bad experience. It was just a bumper replacement but they somehow forgot to re-connect the brake light wiring. My wife drove over an hour out of town, with children in the car, before realizing that she had no brake lights! She immediately returned to shop where they tried to tell her that both bulbs must have gone out at the same time. Absolutely ridiculous. They even replaced the bulbs and told her it was fixed - before she showed them that it was not (they had to re-connect the wiring of course). Also they didn't put the molding back on bumper, telling me to schedule another appointment for them to finish. Ha! I'm doing it myself. I will never go back to Hustead's again.

I liked getting the text updates. However, after receiving one that said the car was now in quality control, I spoke with the mechanic in charge (because I wanted to coordinate my schedule for picking the car up, it turned out that there was more damage so the car wouldnât be ready for a couple more days. This didnât match with the updates I was getting.
