The prior experiences we had at Hustead’s was 5 stars. This time we weren’t given accurate information at how long the repairs would take and it took twice as long as we were told. I didn’t get updates as promised from the beginning. When I picked up my Acura the right side view mirror was still damaged. I was given a time to come back To have it repaired, telling me the part was available. I made a special trip on Monday morning only to be told the part was lost or tossed. Now I have to go back again to spend more time to finish the job. Communication is not their strong point.

This was my second “visit” to your shop. Some years ago you repaired my Mini. This time it was my RAV Prime. I cannot even tell where the damage was! I hope the paint will last and wear at the same rate as the rest of the car.

The person assigned to my claim was unresponsive and largely unhelpful. I had to call over and over because of her lack of follow through. All the other employees were extremely nice and helpful and the work that was performed was excellent
