The person assigned to my claim was unresponsive and largely unhelpful. I had to call over and over because of her lack of follow through. All the other employees were extremely nice and helpful and the work that was performed was excellent

The person assigned to my car was not responsive, not very friendly and not at all helpful. Everyone else I dealt with was a 10. They were all covering for the other person and I appreciate their help

I visited Histead’s Auto Body twice this month and had an outstanding experience. Tim and his team were professional with everyone in the waiting room, listened to my need for a quick turnaround before travel, and delivered on time. They also walked me through the work so I understood exactly what was done. I haven’t used many body shops, but if I ever do again, Histead’s will be my choice

I quite happy with the repair and installation of the damaged front parts and the paint of the same, but I have discovered that the front grille and the hood are not aligned front driver side.
