After two weeks, we got the car back and subsequently got two flat tires. We had to return to the shop twice. It was very unsafe and unacceptable. And before this we went to pick up the car when scheduled only the have it still having error messages and have to come back a second time.

The staff obviously felt bad about the problems and were nice but they had assured us it was fixed many times only to be stranded on the freeway 30 minutes later.
