The workman ship was excellent and referral-worthy. The friendliness was referral-worthy. The connection to Enterprise Car Rental was referral-worthy. Status updates were not.

Your shop needs a system of communicating to customers about the progress of their car, without giving hopeful completion dates, or if a hopeful completion day is given that doesn't work out, CALL THE CUSTOMER and say it isn't happening. Twice I was told a "Maybe ____day", but no one called to say "Not yet". Or, tell the customer, "We will call you when the car is done".
