"When I put my car in shop I was told it would take 5 days. The young man I talked with called me on two days later and said the part they had to order hadnt come in but if it came in the next day they would get it painted and do the repairs. He called me the next day and said the part was painted but they still needed to put it back on the car and it would ready Monday morning by around ten am, which I told him it was fine. I didnt hear from him on Monday so I called that afternoon and he said they were having problems with paint sprayer , but he told me Id get it back the next morning around 1030, which was Tuesday morning. Same thing on Tuesday waited until the afternoon and had my son call him. He told my son it would be ready the next morning, which came and went. My son called that afternoon, which was on Wednesday and left a message for the general manager to see what was going on with my car. The young man called me back a little later and started giving me the run around once again. Told him I didnt want to hear it as that was what he told me last Friday. He apologized and said they would take 200 off my bill then told me they would deliver my car the next day. I received a call this morning on Thursday and said theyd have my car to me at 130, which came and went. It was close to 4 pm before they finally brought the car to me. I was told it would take 5 days but the communication was the worse Ive experienced with any repair shop. I felt I was getting the run around every time I had to call. They could have told it would take a week and I would have be fine with it but being told it would be ready the next morning for four days and I had to call when they didnt call and let me know it wasnt going to be ready, not even a well call you when its ready. So needless to say I am not a happy customer. I finally got it back this afternoon and they did take 200 off my bill, which I appreciate. Thats why I gave them a five and not a zero." Read less

Everyone was professional and nowadays, that’s hard to come by. I feel my van was in great hands to be fixed and any issues I notice, John said to come straight back.

John kept me up to date with the work that needed to be done. He expressed that any unsatisfied work I see after I take my van home can be taken back and fixed to standard. The work was done nicely. I feel safe the bumper won’t fall off if tapped by automatic car washing brushes.

I am truly impressed with the service provided. I came in to get an estimate and they were able to squeeze me in for the repairs the same day. Before I finished filling out the paperwork, they had a rental car company ready to pick me up. They kept me informed while my vehicle was being repaired. I was very impressed with the repair when I picked up my vehicle. They even deep cleaned the inside of my car!
