We had the best service at icrash for our vehicle repair. The service was so professional with quality results. Tyler was excellent with customer service and reaching out to us for updates and showing us exactly what was replaced and repaired. The entire project was coordinated and completed in a very timely process making this stressful situation seem so much less so. All the details were taken care of for us. It was also such a nice surprise to pick up our car that was spotless! It was washed, vacuumed and cleaned looking brand new! We would highly recommend iCrash as this company goes above and beyond! We received excellent customer service from all associates we interacted with. We were specifically very impressed that the repairs were done on time as promised and professionally. Additionally outstanding customer experience with Taylor while working with us coordinating the repair work and keeping us updated and also dropping our car at home after the completion of the repairs. My only very minor complaint is that app/portal wasn’t accurate regarding when my vehicle was ready. Had I not called before heading over it may not have been ready once I arrived. I just wanted to mention it in case the app/portal can be improved. The rest of the process went smoothly and all of the employees were professional and courteous.
