Everyone was very nice and responded quickly. I should have asked how long the repairs would take because I had an important road trip planned. When I realized the car might not be ready in time, I asked if it would be possible for the repairs to be complete by today. I was quickly assured that could happen. As promised, I picked up the car today, and the work done is beautiful! I am very happy with the entire process! Thanks to all who helped make that possible!

They were able to repair my car much faster than expected. I wish the timeline they gave me was more accurate because I could have had my car home 3 days earlier, but I didn't know it would be done so close to the end of the day on Friday until I was already at work.
