Great service, very friendly personnel . I am glad that my Lexus service consultant at Lexus Roseville sent me to iCrash Collision for my repair. Lexus is the only car I buy for over 25 years. I was very impressed when I picked up my car that it was Washed / Vacuumed Interior just as they do at Lexus of Roseville. Repair to my front under carriage look’s great. ICrash collision will be my go to place for my Lexus.

On both times I was at the location to drop off and pickup the woman was late. The location hours are to start at 0730. The first time was 10-15 minutes late, the second was 5-10 late.

Brittaney, who was my customer care representative was absolutely amazing. This was a really stressful process for me as I was hit by a non-insured motorist. Every time I was pretty stressed out Brittney was incredibly supportive and validating! She’s just amazing. And my car looks great.

My car was repaired so beautifully that I didn’t recognize it when I picked it up! It actually looked much better than it did before the accident! Everyone at the shop was professional, knowledgeable and considerate. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company, leaving me with no stress and a car that is better than before it was damaged!!! Could not recommend this shop more highly.
