From the initial visit/estimate, to not being pushy, to consistent updates, to the art of the upsell, to the timeliness - perfection. He and the receptionist (Celeste maybe) could teach a course on CX. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive which made the entire experience feel as if I was being taken care of by family.
