    "This survey doesn’t appear to offer the chance to comment on the body shop other than whether the car had to go back for more work - it’s all yes/no, so I said the car was ready when promised, but it took two months - not the fault of the shop, however, and the promised date was always couched in terms of “hopefully when we get…” - so this is entirely not a criticism - they finished it before other shops said they could start on it, my point being that I didn’t have any opportunity to comment. I’ll emphasise, this body shop was excellent. 110% approval, this is a comment on the survey."
