The day I heard from insurance, I called Ray Skillman to schedule my drop off & was so surprised at how wonderful Sally was. She was able to schedule me same day. She was so kind and so helpful and even helped me with contacting Enterprise to pick me up to get a rental. It was above and beyond what I expected. Every interaction with anyone was great. I immediately trusted these people and this company to fix my car and I didnt give it a second thought to leaving it. I’ve had a previous experience with a different car and company and it was an absolute nightmare from the moment my car was damaged. Please know that the kindness, reliability, communication, and literally every thing made a huge difference to me.
