The estimator and front office person were always patient and kind in their interactions with me. We needed car for a trip prior to the anticipated completion date. I called several times and they were always polite and helpful. Everyone helped in getting our car ready for this trip. I am so grateful for their assistance in this regard. Nice people in office, great paint job on designated repair area but lack of attention to the rest of the car . Inconvenient to have to bring it back for the inside to be cleaned and new scratches fixed

They were all very attentive in the office. After I brought the car back, Hector went out of his way to clean the fine dust inside my car and fix the new scratches that were not on my car before I brought it in.
