SEE PREVIOUS ANSWER. I ANSWERED ON WRONG PART OF SURVEY. NOT HAPPY THAT I WAS NOT GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY AS STATED THAT I COULD PAY OUT OF POCKET TO GET MATCHING HEADLILGHTS SINCE MY OTHER ONE HAD WATER IN IT.

I WAS TOLD THAT MY HEADLIGHT HAD WATER LEAKAGE AND MAY NOT BE COVERED BY INSURANCE BUT I WOULD HAVE THE OPTION TO PURCHASE. I GOT MY TRUCK BACK AND ONLY THE ONE HEADLIGHT WAS CHANGED. NOW I HAV E MISMATCHING HEADLIGHTS. I WOULD OF PAYED OUT OF POCKET IF GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY. I WAS TOLD AT THE INITIAL INSPECTION I WOULD BE ABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE SAME TIME AS THE AAA FIX.

10 days to repair one dent. inconsistent stories regarding details of repairs. Wrong parts ordered. Lost an intricate component to vehicle. Seems to be management and training issues. I waisted a lot of valuable time and effort. After a lot of problems I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else to finish the job. I’m sure this business does ok with repairs that aren’t to complicated. Otherwise the staff was nice.
