It was so incredibly easy to work with this company! They were communicative and friendly, and kept me updated about the status of my repair. They listened and were very helpful with organizing the drop off and pick up of my rental vehicle. My car looked amazing and clean when I came to pick it up! Highly recommend!

Everyone we had an exchange with Kaizen from the young woman at the front desk who we first encountered when we brought our vehicle in (sorry, bad with names) and also was the one who greeted us when we came to pick up our vehicle, to the gentleman who wrote up the estimate was wonderful. Text updates kept us informed between dropoff and pick up with a call in-between also. The young lady who we encountered twice was very friendly and set up our rental vehicle also so that we were picked up when we dropped off the X5 to be taken over to Enterprise to get our loaner vehicle. She also came out to do a walk around of the vehicle when it was finished and told us some useful information. Wish I remembered her name to give her proper recognition. Overall was the kind of experience you want when dropping off something that happened that wasn't a good experience (residential fender bender between a friends vehicle 😱). Top notch establishment. Will recommend them to anyone. Thanks Kaizen Mark and Angie Werth
