Service was very professional once I met the tech person. They got my car in and gave me a deadline and my car was done even before the deadline. Respectable staff and polite. Also be patient and let them do their job because my car was done to perfection and I didn’t call every day to bother them as they’re doing their job. I am very satisfied with their job done to my car.

I always recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs. I have had them work on my car twice now and love the results. The people are friendly and go out of their way to keep me updated on the repair. Have tried other places with less than satisfactory results. Will stick with Great Plains!
