The Kaizen-Emmet team completed the repairs on our Toyota Highlander in a timely manner. Manager Travis Dowling, kept us informed on a regular basis of how the repairs were going and a possible delay with the calibration of one of the sensors. When we picked up our vehicle, he personally reviewed the repairs and explained the invoice line items. We were very pleased with the personal attention we received from Travis and his team.
