Rear bumper was not aligned correctly sticking out to far to one side, had to replace bumper. The bottom passenger bed is off about three quarter inch not pushed out far enough not aligned with cab the bed is noisy on the side that was repaired when turning right and when driving on uneven surfaces. I have to take my truck back on the 23rd I have to go through the rent a car thing again, they appeared to be in to big a hurry to get the truck out of there I don't know how they could have missed those flaws all you had to do was a proper final observation you couldn't miss it.

My vehicle was gone longer than expected and when I picked it up my driver door tent on the window was scratched so they had to come get my vehicle fix the tent and return it back to me which took a couple more hours!

I can’t say enough about how awesome Great Plains Kaizen was to work with. My daughter was in an accident and Great Plains was near where she’s in college. I was able to coordinate the estimate and repair with Bryn and my daughter. They treated her like family, which was comforting given she was away from home. I highly recommend them for any work your need done!
