Only knocked 1 rating due to the wrong part being sent originally, which delayed the pickup for my vehicle by 1 week. Maybe Kaizen team could have checked part was correct before painting it and maybe vehicle would’ve been ready earlier. Overall, good experience with Kaizen Fullerton. Would recommend to my friends and family.

To be honest, I haven’t looked that closely at my fresh painted hood but of equal importance you folks did exactly what you said you’d do in the time allotted. I still need my roof repainted and I’ll will absolutely have you folks take care of that as well.
