I was more than happy with the work that Kaisen did on my older Cadillac. It was difficult to find parts but they did. Everything was completed in a very timely manner and my car is almost like a new car inside and out. They did a fantastic job. They are very friendly and considerate. I have used them two other times in the 25 years that I have had my Cadillac (which still looks like a new car).
