Communication and convenience/customer service were not great. We were told on multiple days that the vehicle would be ready for pickup and forced to scramble and rearrange our schedules, only to be told literally as we were en route and then on another day after time had been taken off from work, that it was not actually ready and would be delayed another day or two.

Staff was great working with my insurance. I hit a deer and rolled over it and it did lots damage to the suspension systems in the truck. They were fantastic working with the insurance company and getting everything covered. Would highly highly highly recommend.
