Communication was not great - while we were told 2 weeks initially and it ended up taking 5 weeks, the extended time frame wasn't the issue. Keeping us posted on the dates we were told it would be ready was lacking. For example "I'm estimating it will be ready next Friday", and then no update before or even on that Friday. We had to reach out to know what was going on.

My car has been ready for about a week now and I haven’t been able to pick it up because of the payment process. I’ve been going back and forth with the collision place , my insurance and have tried to get in contact with my adjuster but she barely answers. I haven’t had my car for about 2 months and now that it’s ready I can’t pick it up.I don’t even know what the quality of repair is like on my car because I can’t pick it up. I understand that there are other people cars to work on but mine is completely ready and everyone else I have tried talking to to see what else is needed doesnt seem to know how to solve this payment problem. I’ve been calling trying to figure it out because I was told they had everything they needed but then they told me they don’t, because they’re waiting on the supplement check and original check.
