I was not satisfied with turnaround time for such a small repair I would of preferred a honest estimate of delivery at the time of drop off

Initially the Ladies were quite rude we arrived at 9am the door was locked it was snowing very hard sub zero temperatures and I had to wait until a customer exited before I could get in I believe I waited in excess of 10 minutes

I am more than happy with the repair job on my car; Marissa kept me updated and has atleast called once or twice a week which made me feel like I wasn’t forgotten. The quality of repair is like I never got into an accident and I found my new repair car shop. Everyone should feel confident bringing your car; as a Subaru owner I was worried about the AWD and did not want to go to mechanic that wasn’t trained on repairing Subarus drive system.
