Where to start! Great experience all around! Joey my estimator had phenomenal customer service. She was very prompt at sending updates on my vehicle through text or email or call. If there was any type of hiccup she would immediately inform me. My car was in the shop for about a week. I couldn’t believe the turn around time! I know my car was in great care with Kaizen & with Joey and her team. My car looks looks brand new! Kaizen stands by their Lifetime Warranty which is amazing! Overall 100/10! I will for sure be recommending Joey & her team at Kaizen Collision.

I appreciate them taking excellent care of my vehicle while in their possession. They even delivered my car home due to I was unavailable when my car was ready. It was delayed as parts came in late but nonetheless great work.
