They iniyially lost my appt to drop off. Did not contact insurance as they said they would. Waited a week to notify me (after receiving the parts) because they couldn't reach the insurance rep. They did not contact Enterprise like they stared they would. Each staff person I had contact with had no idea what was going on with my car other than it was a black Ford Edge.

After I contact them this second time, I will have had to go back for a scratch, a tail light they failed to originally replace, and now to see what’s going on with this windshield sprayer that isn’t working, id say no.

It might be back up to what it was before it was damaged eventually? To be honest I was let down. They failed to meet deadline four separate times stating parts damaged, wrong parts received, which are explainable but then I was also told a technician went on vacation and then on a separate time was told a technician was out sick and that’s why the work wasn’t done on time. When I got the car back I had to contact the shop to figure out why there was still rock chip damage on a tail light and a scratch to my clear coat on the side they didn’t work on. They made good on it and buffed the scratch and ordered the part so I got to go back get the tail light replaced, now I find out my rear windshield sprayer doesn’t work so I’ll be heading back again, car was 7 months off the lot before storm damage and because of these issues still a headache.

Wasn’t given reassurances when asked, wasn’t followed up with when told was going to be, given multiple excuses as to why work wasn’t done on time and then work wasn’t done properly so had to contact shop multiple times.

Everyone from the front desk, to the evaluation was professional, and pleasant. There was a lapse in internal communication when I was called that the vehicle would be ready last Friday afternoon. Since I did not have a ride, we agreed that I could pick up the vehicle Monday AM. After paying for repairs and told that the car would be brought out, I waited a while in front. Then the receptionist stepped out to say that a part still needed to be installed and the car is not ready. One of the technicians gave me a ride home. Eventually the car was delivered to my home in excellent condition

The car drives very well but there was multiple points of contact about making sure the windshield was repared and it was not. The turn signal bulbs also did not get replaced.
