I was very satisfied with the repair and condition of my vehicle. However, I was very disappointed in the lack ot communication and the fact that I had to call to check the status of the repairs and I had requested that a fading paint spot be checked out for an estimate and this was not done. It also seemed to take a long time for the repairs.

I was told initially that if I brought my car in Monday morning it would be ready that Wednesday or Thursday. In reality, it was ready only on the following Thursday near closing time, or a full 7 days later than initially promised. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the work quality and staff that I had contact with.

My car was waiting to be serviced, but the customer service rep let me come pick it up, which was nice. It would be nice if that time frame was communicated in advance, I would have just done a later drop off date.
