I would have preferred to be contacted a few times with updates. Repair took about 2.5 weeks, the automated texts would set an estimated date and then when it would reach that date, it would get changed. I called a few times to see if I should make arrangements for pickup since the text was telling me it was ready. Should have just not signed up for the texts.

I am pleased to say that my car looks like new, again. I have to admit that I was concerned when they were adamant about it was an "estimate", and that there was a "possibility" that the "actual charge" could be more... Thankfully, the estimate was the actual charge! Thank You.

I am Absolutely Satisfied with Kallemeyn Collision, They Did a Superb Job on repairing and painting my car. I am 100% satisfied, The woman at the front desk were so very nice, kind, and Happy! I Do Have to Also say Joel really went above and beyond to help me and explain things that I wasn't understanding with my e-mails from Ins. Com. Had patience of a Saint, Very Kind Man! I would recommend Kallemeyn to anyone that wants there vehicle repaired and painted to look Perfect! COMPLETELY SATISFIED

I am 100% Happy with Kallemeyn, They Did a Beautiful Job on my car, PERFECTION AT ITS FINEST! Joel is the kindest, Professional, Happy with his job, goes the extra mile! The ladies at the front were so kind, also they seem to be extremely happy with there job, very nice people! I would go back there, I wouldn't go any ehere else!

Bumper is off centered. Bumper cover is off centered. Some strange new shaped gaps in a couple spots. Rear wheel well trim isn't flush. 4×4 sticker has bubbles. The rivets that were used do not match the other side and there's also more of them. Missing trim piece. Odd gaps around rear tail light. Tailgate almost rubs at the top of the back where (bed meets tailgate) Black silicone spots on my tailgate. The bedpanel that was replaced has a weird piece of metal angling down that looks really uneven. Minor white scuffs or left over buffing wax or something on passenger side(other side) Whatever it is won't just rub off. I'm also seeing on my paperwork that my rear windshield and front windshield were either taken out or repaired? Lastly I was told one of the reaons for the delay in my truck being done on time was because they had ordered the wrong rivets and had to wait for the correct ones.
