They told me my car was ready without actually taking it for a test drive first. It was still being cleaned when I picked it up and while I was waiting for them to bring the car out front I was notified that the check engine light was on and they were trying to solve the issue. I was then told they would work on it again tomorrow and had me leave in the rental. I was about a mile away when I got a call that they fixed the issue and I could come back and get my van. The mechanic "guaranteed" that the check engine light would not come on again. When I went out and started my car, the check engine light was on. I wasted an hour of my time just to end up leaving in the rental vehicle.

Only thing wrong is it took 32 days to finish, when they thought 21 to 25 days. Other than that, all OK BOB JACOB

Fabulous service! The car was not only beautifully repaired, but also doing the cleaning, putting back all the boxes/bags in the hatch, parking the car where I didn't have to walk in the snow, etc. Was truly unexpected. I am very grateful and pleased with the staff and overall experience!
