Overall, we are very pleased with the work done by Kenwood. Paul did our estimate and was prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. Julie was great. Friendly and excellent in following up with us. We cannot say enough good things about the customer service. We have used Kenwood several times and they have been consistently good. In fact, they discovered damage that neither the insurance estimator nor I saw initially and took care of it ... Delivering the car on the day promised. Bottom line, we are very pleased with Kenwood.
