work was incomplete, the additional work request was not done, manager said he forgot to add job to work order. This was the worst customer service and professionalism ive seen from an auto repairshop. My car was not deliver as promised, parts were not order correctly causing extended rental car payment. Very Sad with service from auto repair shop. i was promised someone will reach out to me to finish the repair, it has been 6days and haven heard from the repair shop to finish my repair. Very Very dissatisfied!

Though there were some issues with parts availability which caused frustration on both sides the folks at kenwood were professional and pleasant throughout the ordeal. thanks to both them and usaa's claim rep for eventually finding a part for our car and getting us back on the road. I would recommend you to anyone I know, despite the fact that repairs took far longer than anyone expected you did not give up, I am quite sure that this was a loss or break even if lucky job for you, it takes a lot of perseverance and fortitude to accomplish a repair like this one without ending in an adversarial angry relationship and you could not have done a better job. once again thanks,I would recommend you to anyone.

Communication was non existent. My car was there for several weeks and not one single time did someone call me to tell me what the progress/status was. I also asked for a quote on additional repairs and never received it. When i called and voiced this to a gentleman over the phone, he gave me and insincere apology and said they'd call the next day. ... They didn't. I picked up my car over the weekend. They changed the grill style from matte black (my preference) to chrome and never even called to tell me. Would not recommend this shop.
