You guys were wonderful! Nanette is a gem- so professional, detail oriented and affable. I appreciate all the texts and phone calls I got from you keeping be up-to-date on the progress of my repairs. Kenwood does not disappoint! This is the second car I bring to Kenwood for repairs, and I've been very happy after each experience. You've kept me updated and even returned my car ahead of schedule. Terrence was my point of contact from day one to completion. He was very courteous, patient and respectful. Upon completion he walked me through my car and the repairs done and answers all my questions and concern. We 100% recommend them and definitely go back to them if my cars need any body repairs.
