As a USAA member since 1979 I was very pleased that I could bring my Tesla to Kenwood auto body in Rockville. I had been very impressed with the work they had done to repair my wife’s Tesla Model Y a few years ago and was confident that they would do the same outstanding job with my Model 3 Performance. I will never take my car or any other vehicle to Kenwood Auto Body Shop again craft ship is very poor body parts are not in line with other parts loose parts hanging inside the engine wall using recycle pass, which is very old foggy scratched and damage paint job not acceptable.

Very poor craftsmanship body parts, not lining up with the autobody parts The body parts are poorly crafted and don’t align with using all recycle parts on the vehicle the autobody parts underneath the vehicle. There’s a significant gap and loose parts. big space and loose parts

We are very impressed with Kenwood's service. Our initial service request was answered promptly, and scheduling took only minutes. Email confirmations and daily email communications were so helpful, and a huge improvement over other working with non-automated shops. The work was completed in 2 days versus the anticipated 7 days. It was a fantastic surprise to see that my vehicle had been washed and vacuumed before I picked it up!
