When I received my car at the shop I noticed that there were small cracks on the side of the new bumper that was installed. It pokes out from the side & looks like it wasn't attach properly. I notified the team & they took my car back to try and fix the issue, but the issue remained. I was told it was a new bumper & might take some time to get adjust to, so I went home with the car. I picked my car up during night, the next morning I noticed the paint job on my new bumper is more white than the rest of the car. I think my car is pearl white & thus the paint job wasn't accurate. Overall, for the price it cost to fix a rear bumper I am not satisfied. Customer service was good, but not the repair.

Everything was great start to finish. Thanks for getting it done so fast. Thanks for dropping me off and picking me up as well. It would have been a lot harder for me to get the car there and come get it without the ride. I'll be happy to recommend you guys to anyone needing repairs. Jason
