Was told “they”(your company) would keep us in the loop and the original time estimate was 1 Week to finish. Then instead of Friday when “we” called as we didn’t hear from you I was told Monday. On Monday,No phone call, then “we” call on Tuesday and am told Wednesday. No call and “we”call again Told likely done Friday. Never was confirmed and “we” called again on Friday when it was finally ready. Only give a 2 because the job eventually got done. Ultimately the biggest problem was this is a service plumbing van that costs me everyday it’s not in the field so waiting an extra week cost me close to 5-6000 in revenues. On top of that, communication was practically non existent from your end. Based on this experience I will never go to your company again for repairs and I regret towing my van to your location. I was also told by a friend they had the same kind of experience. Biggest issue was lack of communication I honestly Don’t know how you stay in business this way.
