The repair technician did not repair all damage originally reported at initial inspection. I had to waste 2 hours being transported back to rental shop and then return again the following week to pick up my car. Very frustrating experience.

Note: I have not reached out to the shop to discuss this. Everything looks great but the swing gate on my jeep rattles and bangs around while driving. Would love the chance to re evaluate after the discussion with the shop.

Even though the repairs took a couple weeks longer than anticipated, Chad was great to deal with. Some of the unforeseen time was not Chads fault but the Dealer who sent the wrong parts.

Recently my little C-Max was hit by a Hummer. AAA decided to total it even though the damage was cosmetic. Tom and Chris went out of their way work with AAA and help me decide to keep the car and have them repair it. Once things were settled with AAA Tom advised me of ways the car could be repaired less expensively without sacrificing on looks or function. I was able to save more than $2000 over the AAA required repairs. The repairs were made quickly and Chris kept me informed on their progress the whole time they had my car. I got it back in time to drive it to Christmas dinner and the car looks and operates great. I highly recommend Kniesel's Collision.
