It was a super easy process to send pictures of the damage to my car to get an estimate. I didn't have to go there. My car was done in the suggested time frame. My car was cleaned inside and outside which was an added bonus! My car looks great.

Everyone was nice, HOWEVER, I requested on two separate occasions that while they have the paint mixed, there is a couple of scratches of the tailgate. I asked for an estimate, that I was going to pay for myself. Never got an answer.

I have owned several various models of Porsches since the 1980's. I would not take my current Porsche Cayenne (or any Porsche model) anywhere else, but Kniesel's! Great service and I highly recommend them....
