After attempting to verify my payment multiple times, I brought my car in for service upon being assured I would not pay out of pocket for my service. However after service was completed, there was a miscommunication and I paid out of pocket, which was extremely frustrating. I would not have brought my car in had I known I would be paying rather than the other party's insurance.
