In October 2019, Kniesel's Collision expanded their operations through the purchase of Shanahan's Auto Body, welcoming their 8th location in the Sacramento area. I am a long time customer with Kniesel's Collision (formerly Shanahan's) and the Power Inn location is where I call "home". I have always been treated with respect by everyone I have ever come in contact with and this is one reason I choose Kniesel's Collision. I was recently involved in an accident where a woman ran a traffic light that was red. The impact to my 2017 Jeep Wrangler was so hard that it actually bent the frame. I was amazed that the mechanics were able to install a new frame! The account manager, Victor Lee, has been a positive driving force for every repair completed on my vehicles. Victor has always explained in detail what was going to take place during the repair process. Right down to the actual nut, bolt and washer. Victor made me feel like I really mattered as a customer. Victor has ALWAYS kept me informed and up to date during the repair process. The staff, in my opinion, do everything possible to make sure I am satisfied with the final results. Add to that a life time warranty I can't imagine ever taking my vehicles any where else. I will close with "when you have the best, why try to rest". Thank you Kniesel's Collision, Earl Brown

Body Shop has a specific agent that deals with AAA and at the time when my car was taken to the shop they hadn’t even looked at it for a whole week and they were also passing me around from one person to another on the phone I was playing phone tag for a whole week and a half until Manny my age and ended up finally coming in after Maddie comes in he tells me he doesn’t see any visible damage to the vehicle highly unsatisfied customer service I had to drive down there and point out the damages cost to my vehicle during my incident
