In October 2019, Kniesel's Collision expanded their operations through the purchase of Shanahan's Auto Body, welcoming their 8th location in the Sacramento area. You guys did an amazing work with my car. Victor’s customer service was great, for the 4 weeks that my car was in the shop, he kept in contact and let me know about everything that was going on with it. Thank you so much.

Great customer service and friendly team. I appreciated all of the updates via email and text as well as the follow calls from Victor. It was also nice that there was one designated person who would reach out to provide updates and explain the status of my vehicle. As always, the work done on my car was superior! I was a little nervous due to the change in ownership but I am very pleased to see that the quality of work has not changed. Thank you!
