All staff was very friendly and professional. The premises was neat and clean. My vehicle was originally slated to be completed on 1/9/15. However, I did not receive it until 1/14/15. Each day I received an update late in the afternoon to only discover the car would be another day late. This was a bit stressful on personal schedules. I would recommend either earlier calls or more realistic time frames. However, I would do business again with Kniesel's. Thank you!

The team at Kniesel's is amazing. Every time I called, your company was polite, courteous, and friendly. I strongly suggest keeping Bob forever. He treated me like we had been friends since middle school. I appreciate him and I think he is definitely a staple for your business. My car feels better than it did before I crashed it! I love the attention to detail. Hopefully I won't need to come there with a broken car again, but you can guarantee if I do crash again my car will be there. Thank you!

Honestly and in retrospect, there were dents to my car that I wished I had repaired. I expected kniesels would have pointed them out and recommended them for repair.
