I was told the repairs to my Ford Escape would take 10 days. It has been almost 1 month since the car was left for repairs. I canceled a trip I had planned because the car was not ready for my trip.

the repair looks great and the work was done quickly but when i drove away i discovered a screw in my tire.

Truck still isn't done. They have it back to me while they wait on "1 part" well when I got it back there was a crease in the new fender by the marker light. They didn't replace the wheel or seat cover and communication has been horrible. They rely on email not phone calls even when they say they will call me back.
