The repair was fine, but they need to upgrade/replace their billing/accounting system. I was out of town and arranged to have my son pick it up. I made sure, over the phone to give them a credit card for the final payment (which they processed and confirmed while I was on the phone) to ensure when my son came to pick up the car there would be no issues. But when he did, he was told the final balance was still due and he needed to pay before they would release the car. So they ran that charge (again) on his credit card. The next day he let me know that happened so I reached out and they reversed the charge on his card. But the next morning the same charge showed back up on his card again! This time, he called them and they told him he would need to come back to the shop where they gave him a paper reimbursement check.

Great info from Angel as to progress. The result of your work on my Lexus makes me wonder why anyone else would choose a different shop. Also, the car came to you dirty but was as clean as new when I picked it up! Wow!!!

We took our Nissan Murano Platinum to Kniesel’s to have collision repair performed. The entire experience was amazing! The quote was on the money and the repair was fantastic. Our questions were answered and our minds put at ease. The team went above and beyond and returned our vehicle looking beautiful. A very nice touch was the wash and interior vacuum. We highly recommend!!
