My car was finished before thevexpected date which I realky appreciate. Not only was it done quickly, the repairs were done so well that I can’t even tell there ever was any damage to my car. Brian ws the technician who kept me informed several times how the repair was going. The receptionist is equally as professional and informative. I am so impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the repairs to my car.

The repairs to my car were completed before the estimated time saving me money on my rental AND even more importantly, they repairs were done so well I can’t see where the damage happened. Beautiful job.

I would rate the custimer service as outstanding. Getting inyo an accixent is traumatic but dealing with repairs with the Kniesel’s staff made it do much better. The receptionist (my apologies for not catching her name) walked me through the insurance process, set up an appointment, sent text reminders, contacted the car rental agency for me and was always friendly and professional. Brian Yates, the account manager, informed me of the repairs that would be made on my car, called me to let me know of any estimated quote changes, gave me an estimated date when the repairs would be completed. When the repairs were completed he walked me outside to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs.
