This is the third time I have had a vehicle repaired at Kniesel’s and it has always been such a great experience in every possible way both the repairs on the vehicle itself and also the interactions with the people involved at every step of the way so I thank you so much and I have no suggestions for improvement because I can’t think of anything that could have been done any better!

The work was done well but the time it took seemed excessive (2 weeks); that may have been caused by a delay of receiving parts beyond Kniesel's control, which I understand. I expected to receive status updates peridodically but never received any except after I called.
