Unfortunately, I’ve needed Kniesel’s services three times for my Audi—twice after hitting deer and once following a collision with another vehicle. Each time, their communication has been fantastic, helpful, and clear. They made the entire process easy to understand, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. I would say yes… but communications were sketchy in the beginning and supplements abounded. In the end, almost 3X of original quote. I felt like the original estimate was woefully incomplete with a goal of getting me to say yes to repairs. Because of add-ons and the related part orders, I was in a rental over 3 weeks when I expected 4-7 days. Quality of repair in the end appears excellent.
