I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received. Justin was assigned to assist me. I express my concerns to him several time regarding my front right passenger tire and the way it's driving after my car accident. He assured me that he would look in to it and follow up with me. After not receiving a call from him the following day I had to call him back. When I got the call to pick up my car after driving it for 5 min, I knew that they did not fix my car correctly by then I had already drop my rental car off. I've never had issues with repairs when Johnnys Body Shop was there always received exceptional service. to find out they never fix my alignment and something could be wrong with the suspension very upset with the service received.

Caring and quick service when my car was first brought in. From there the customer service was far beyond my expectations.
